D&S Plating Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative

POSITION TITLE: Business Development Representative
POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for serving as the liaison between DS Plating & Co. and customers. In addition:
- Serve as the lead point of contact or all customer account management mattes
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
- Produce requests for quote (RFQs) and negotiate pricing for new projects
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sale quotas
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree of Science in Business/Economics or Related
